You can customise this to any taste, or any sort of add-ins.
Ingredients:
30 ml of espresso, or one-shot (can be made to your preference, if you like a stronger coffee punch, use two shots or 60ml)
Cold milk or Coffee creamer
Ice per preference
Flavoured sugar syrup e.g. vanilla
Method:
In a tall glass, add your cubes of ice followed with your espresso and sugar syrup (you can also do the lazy girl method of adding sugar to your hot coffee, allowing it to dissolve and then adding over ice. Add 1/8th tsp of vanilla to make a quick vanilla syrup hack)
Mix well to allow the syrup to evenly disperse in the liquid
Top with cold milk to get that perfect ombre effect! If you like a creamier, sweeter iced latte you can replace the milk with a coffee creamer.
Use flavoured sugar syrups to get different sorts of iced lattes, such as vanilla, chocolate, mint caramel etc.
